4.3.4 LinkPoint/Cardservice with Miva Merchant

1) You should have received an email from Cardservice/LinkPoint that
contains following information:

Your DBA store name is: "Your Online Store"
Your Store Name is between the quotation marks ("): "6_digit_number"
Your User ID is between the quotation marks ("): "6_digit_number"
Your secure host name is: "secure.linkpt.net" (port "1139")

2) You need to cut and paste your RSA Private Key and Certificate into a
regular text file. The area that needs to be highlighted for cut/paste
include "---BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY..." to "----END CERTIFICATE-----"

*Note: If you are using Windows95/98/NT, open up your Notepad
(Start|Programs|Accessories). Then paste it into the Notepad.

3) Save the file as "6_digit_number.pem", w/o the quotation marks.
4) Go into your account (with an FTP program), and go into your htsdata
directory. Inside there, create a directory named LinkPoint. Inside the
LinkPoint directory, put your 6_digit_number.pem file. You need to make
sure that when you FTP that file
to your site that your program doesn't change the extension or add a .txt
one or something like that.
5) Now log into your Miva Merchant admin.mv
6) Go to Stores|Your_Store|Payment Modules
7) Click "Add Payment Module"
8) Select "Cardservice/LinkPoint..."
9) Click Add
10) Click on "Cardservice/LinkPoint Payment Gateway"
11) You will see a form that nees to be filled out:

Configuration file: 6_digit_number
Server Hostname: secure.linkpt.net
Server Port: 1139
Key File: 6_digit_number.pem

12) For other settings on the form, please contact your
Cardservice/LinkPoint representative as they are specific to your account.
13) Click "Update".
